摘要
目的了解噪声作业人员听力情况的动态变化,评价企业防治噪声措施的成效.方法选择连续7年进行纯音听力计气导检查的江门市金羚空调机厂噪声作业人员为观察对象,统计每年失访人数和加入人数,计算区间人年数、区间发病概率、累积发病概率.该厂在1998、1999、2001、2002、2003年进行了环境噪声点的监测.结果监测资料以2001、2002、2003三年噪声平均数低于前两年,2002、2003年两年的监测点合格率较前3年高,噪声作业人员总人年发病率94/1000人年.累积发病概率第0~年为0.202,第3~年为0.301,第5~年为0.403.发病的大多为轻度听力损伤者.结论随着接触噪声年数增加,累积发病概率也在上升.该厂积极采取了措施,使发病程度尽量减轻.
Objective To study dynamic changes of hearing loss among noised exposed workers in an air-conditioner manufacture in bids to evaluate the effectiveness of the current noise control measures. Methods A 7-year longitudinal study on the hearing loss among noise exposed workers diagnosed by using electronic audiometry was conducted. The incidence and cumulative incidence of hearing loss were then calculated based on the total person-year. The noise levels were monitored during 1998 ~ 2003 once a year except 2000. Results The noise monitoring data indicated that the average noise levels in 2001 ~ 2003 were lower than that in the previous two years, and the rate of compliance with national standard for noise in 2002 and 2003 were higher than that in the previous three years. The total incidence of hearing loss was 94/1000 person years where the probability of cumulative incidence was 0.202 for 0 ~ years of exposure, 0.301 for 3 ~ years and 0.411 for 6 ~ years of exposure. Most cases of the subjects with hearing loss are in mild hearing loss category. Conclusion The cumulative incidence of hearing loss increased with prolonged noise exposure years. The present control measures taken by the manufacture is effective to reduce the risk of noise-induced hearing loss.
