摘要
目的从肿瘤组织学来源、临床病理分期及病理类型角度,探讨肿瘤细胞与化疗药物敏感性的相关性,指导临床化疗。方法通过肿瘤细胞体外药敏试验———四甲基偶氮唑盐(MTT)着色法,对480例消化系统肿瘤新鲜标本进行化疗药物敏感性检测,分析不同组织学来源、临床病理分期及病理类型肿瘤细胞与化疗药物敏感性的相关性。结果(1)4种不同肿瘤细胞对丝裂霉素(MMC)及5氟脲嘧啶(5FU)+顺铂(CDDP)的敏感性无显著性差异(P>0.05),对其余所有药物的敏感性均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。(2)在临床分期中,食管癌肿瘤细胞对阿霉素(ADM)的敏感性无显著性差异(P>0.05),其余肿瘤细胞对所有药物的敏感性均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。(3)在胃癌和大肠癌不同病理组织学类型中,肿瘤细胞对所有药物的敏感性均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论不同组织学来源的肿瘤细胞对化疗药物的敏感性不同。肿瘤细胞对化疗药物的敏感性与肿瘤的临床病理分期、病理组织学类型密切相关,分期越晚,分化程度越高,肿瘤细胞对化疗药物的敏感性越高。
Objective To study the correlation of originated tissue, clinical stage and pathological type of carcinoma between sensitivity of chemotherapy drugs with tumor cells,in order to guide clinical chemotherapy on patients with tumors.Methods 3-(4,5dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyl tetrazolium bromide(MTT) test was used to determine the sensitivity of chemotherapy drugs on the survival tumor specimens of 480 patients with cancer from esophagus, stomach, liver or colorectal. Its difference of the sensitivity of chemotherapy drugs was compared with the originated tissues, clinical stage and pathological type of these specimens.Results (1)In this group of cancer cells of variant tissue, there was a statistical significance difference between the sensitivity of all chemotherapy drugs and cancer cells(P<0.05), excepted MMC and 5-FU combined CDDP(P>0.05).(2)In clinical stage, the statistical significance difference between the sensitivity of all chemotherapy drugs and cancer cells(P<0.05) was shown, excepted ADM in clinical stage of esophagus cancer (P>0.05).(3)In this group of variant pathological type of these stomach and colorectal cancer, the difference had statistical significance between the sensitivity of all chemotherapy drugs and cancer cells(P<0.05).Conclusion The results shows that the sensitivity of chemotherapy drugs is correlated with variant clinical stage and pathological type. The sensitivity of chemotherapy drugs gradually increased from Ⅰ stage to Ⅳ stage. The sensitivity of chemotherapy drugs decrease with differentiation reduction of cancer cells.
