摘要
我国自主开发的北斗卫星导航系统为同步相量测量的时钟源提供了一种新的选择。文章从卫星信号覆盖范围、用户容限、授时脉冲的同步性能等方面分析了将北斗授时应用于我国电力系统广域同步相量测量的可行性。使用北斗和GPS授时的同步相量测量的对比试验结果验证了北斗授时的有效性。在此基础上还研制了北斗与GPS互备授时的分布式相量测量单元。
The building up of Beidou navigation satellite system developed by China offers a new option of the time service for synchronization phasor measurement. The feasibility of applying Beidou navigation satellite system to wide area synchronous phasor measurement for domestic power system is analyzed in respects of covered area of satellite signal, permissible amount of users, synchronous performance of time service pulse, etc. By means of comparative test of the synchronous phasor measurement using the time service from Beidou navigation satellite system and global positioning system (GPS) respectively, the availability of time service from Beidou navigation satellite system is verified. On this basis the distributed phasor measurement unit (PMU) using the mutually backup time service by both Beidou navigation satellite system and GPS is developed, and it is also the first time of applying the time service of Beidou navigation satellite system to power system.
