摘要
合成了一种端氨基酰亚胺固化剂MDIA,以其在不同温度、不同发泡剂含量下固化双酚A环氧树脂制备大孔环氧泡沫材料。研究结果表明,在固化剂中引入酰亚胺结构可以提高环氧树脂的耐热性能和力学性能。随发泡温度的提高,孔隙率增加,Tg和5%失重温度(Td5)提高,制备的环氧泡沫材料Tg可达120℃,Td5可达300℃,孔隙率为47%时,压缩强度可达16 6MPa。
In this paper,a novel curing agent(MDIA) containing imide group was synthesized and an epoxy foam was prepared using MDIA as curing agent and DMF as blowing agent at different temperature and different DMF content.The results showed that the Tg,5%-weight-loss temperature(Td5) and mechanical properties of the epoxy resin could be increased using MDIA as curing agent.The porosity,Tg and Td5 of the prepared epoxy foam were increased with increasing of the blowing temperature and its Tg,Td5 and compressive strength were 120 ℃,300 ℃ and as high as 16.6 MPa respectively at porosity of 47%.
