摘要
单核苷酸多态性(SNP)是继限制性片段长度多态性和微卫星之后,新发展起来的第3代分析标记。具有密度高、双等位基因、易实现自动化检测的特点。作为新的遗传标记,SNP已广泛应用于基因定位、克隆和遗传多样性的研究。文章对SNP的概念、检测方法及其在畜牧业研究生产中的应用作一综述。并提出了SNP研究中遇到的一些问题。
Single nucleotide polymorphismSNP is the latest molecular marker of the third generation with the characteristics of high density duble-allele and much easier to be detected automatically. As a kind of new genetic marker to be used extensively in gene location clone and research of genetic polymorphism. The concept analysis and detection methods the prospect of application in livestock were introduced in this reviews. This paper also reviewed the present questions in the research of SNP.
