摘要
本文分析、研究了砂轮工作过程中,影响其综合性能并导致破碎的主要因素。针对其安全性能测试与状态判断中的难点问题,应用信息融合技术实现在线监测,并对产生破碎的临界条件进行了分析判断,基于这些分析提出了解决方案和具体决策。通过信号特征提取、适应性建模、预测和自评估、推理等步骤,实现了在不同层次上的融合、决策过程。文中给出了系统的整体结构和相关算法,并通过实验证实了这种方法的可行性和鲁棒性。
Main elements affecting working performances of grinding wheel and the reason resulting its cracking are analyzed in this paper. Aiming at the crucial problem in safety performance measuring and state judgment of grinding wheel, information fusion is applied to the online monitoring of the grinding wheel in its safety testing process so as to analyze and judge its critical cracking conditions and thresholds. Based on these analysis, implemental scheme and practical decision are made. By means of a multi -step process including signals character extracting, adaptive modeling, predicting and self - evaluating, inference and decision making etc. , fusion and decision making at different levels are accomplished. The systematic structure to implement the method and corresponding algorithm are illustrated in paper. Further more, the feasibility and robust of the method are tested and proved by experiments.
