摘要
概述了以SiC,Si3N4,Sialon为代表的Si基陶瓷的应用和反应机理,分别讨论了煤矸石、稻壳、电厂灰等工业固体废弃物作为合成Si基陶瓷原料的利用途径。对固体废弃物作为合成Si基陶瓷原料的前景进行了展望,并提出对铁尾矿做Si源的研究将开辟工业固体废弃物综合利用的新途径。
The application and reaction mechanism of the ceramics containing Si,such as SiC, Si3N4 and Sialon were summarized. The utilization approaches and the trends of the Si based ceramic marerials synthesized from colliery waste, rice hulls, fly ash were discussed. It pointed out that the investigation of iron tailings as materials containing Si opens up a new way for utilization of industrial solid waste.
