摘要
利用XRD,DTA,TGA,SEM,TEM等分析手段研究了柠檬酸盐溶胶-凝胶法低温合成Y2O3掺杂的BaTiO3粉体的方法,研究了溶液pH值、水含量、煅烧温度等因素对粉体的影响。结果表明,该方法能在600℃下2h合成单相的四方BaTiO3粉体,粉体的一次颗粒粒径达30nm。
A new citrate sol-gel processing route to synthesize BaTiO3 doped powder at low-temperature was proposed and investigated by XRD,DTA,TGA,SEM and TEM methods, in which the influences of pH value, amount of water addition and calcination temperature on the powder were studied. It is discovered that the pure tetragonal BaTiO3 powder can be formed at 600℃for 2 h, the size of the fine-crystalline powder reaches to 30nm.
