摘要
在２５侧灌注红色乳胶及墨汁的成人下肢标本上，观察了以腓动脉穿支的阵支为蒂的胚、腓骨远段骨膜瓣。顺行转位时，旋转轴点位于外踝尖上方５．６ｃｍ，骨膜瓣可达外踝尖上１１ｃｍ；逆行转位时，旋转轴点位于外踝尖前下方１．５ｃｍ，其血供来源于跟外动脉及跗外侧动脉的分支。
