摘要
柱晶白霉素产生菌经常规诱变及原生质体多次再生处理,获菌株91-911,其产量比原始菌株提高了35倍以上;清除了原菌株的菌丝毒性;主组分A5含量也有明显增加。为充分发挥91-911菌株的生产潜力,采用均匀设计方法对发酵培养基进行优化,获得b培养基。91-911菌株用6培养基在200L、10t规模发酵罐上试验,证实91-911菌株确是一株高产稳产的优良生产菌种。
Leucomycin high producer 91-911 was obtained by conv- entional mutantion breeding and protoplast regeneration.As a result, theproduction of strain 91-911 was increased by more than 35-foldl the toxinof mycelium of original strain was eliminated;the active component Leu-comycin A5 was highly increased.The well-distributed design method was adopted to select the optimum fermentation medium for increasing productivity of strain 91-911.With the optimum medium obtainded,train 91-911 was investigated in 200 liter and 10 ton fermentor.It was proved that strain 91- 911 is a high and stable producing strain for industrial production.
