持续瘤胃模拟法研究不同日粮精粗比对瘤胃真菌生长和发酵参数的影响 被引量:14

摘要 本试验用持续瘤胃模拟法研究了不同日粮精粗比对瘤胃厌氧真菌的数量、数量优势真菌形态、发酵参数及中性洗涤纤维(NDF)消化率的影响。结果表明:精粗比增加瘤胃厌氧真菌数量下降、数量优势菌形态发生变化、挥发性脂肪酸(VFA)浓度增加、pH值显著降低(P<0.05);精粗比增加改变了瘤胃发酵类型,发酵类型由乙酸-丙酸发酵类型转变为丙酸-乙酸发酵类型;但对氨氮浓度和NDF降解率无显著影响(P>0.05)。 DFCOS-Ⅱtype dual effluent continuous culture system was used to investigate the effects of ratio of concentrate to roughage ration on fungi amount,form of dominant fungi on quantity and rumen fermentation parameters. Results indicated that as concentrate proportion increased,there were no significant effects on NH3-N concentration and neutral detergent fiber(NDF) digestibility(P > 0.05),but changed the fermentation pattern and dominant fungus form,and resulted in the increase of volatile fatty acid(VFA) concentration and decrease of fungi quantity and pH value(P < 0.05=.
