摘要
采用PHA、秋水仙碱腹腔注射,活体肾细胞直接制片法分析了菊黄东方鲀染色体核型,结果表明:菊黄东方鲀核型为2n=44,14m+6sm+24t,臂数:NF=64。
The karyotype of Fugu flavidus collected from Jingjiang,Jiangsu province was studied by the way of kidney cells injection with PHA and clochicine.The results showed that there are 44 chromsomes in Fugu flavidus and its karyotype is 14 m+6 sm+24 t,NF=64.
