摘要
随着时代的进步和社会的发展创造型教师的培养已成为了一个重大而有意义的课题。教师的创造性主要体现在个人哲学观、知识能力和人格特征等方面。作为整个教育事业的母机 ,在新形势下师范教育应该做出适当的改革 :改革教育思想、课程设置和课堂教学 。
With progress of times and development of society,cultivation of creative teachers has been an important and meanful problem.Creativity of teachers has been mostly incarnated the respects of individual philosophy、knowledge and capability、personality and so on.As the master of the whole educational project,normal education must have some innovations in new situations:innovating thoughts of education、setup and teaching of curriculum;spreading strongly educational and scientific research and reinforcing teaching practice.
