就业观念误区影响了女大学生顺利就业。其误区主要表现在择业观滞后、错位 ,强求社会公正 ,急功近利 ,藤蔓意识等方面。女大学生需要构建起与时代相适应的就业观 :择业靠自主 ,就业要竞争 ;创业是最好的就业 ;岗位无贵贱 ,求真务实 ,多将眼光放在就业竞争力的阳光之处。
False conception of employment has influenced girl students in getting jobs smoothly.For example,they lag behind the times in views of employment and force fairness on the society,They are always eager for quick success and instant benefit and too dependent on parents,teachers and the university.They need to form views of employment adaptable to the times.They should choose careers depending on themselves and taking up occupations by competing with others.It is the best employment to start their own business.There is no distinction of nobleness and humbleness in choosing jobs.They should strive for truth and be practical minded.And they should see more of their advantages on the competitive job market.
