摘要
多通道数据采集[3,5]系统是工业CT(IndustrialComputedTomography)[4]系统图像处理必不可少的环节,是获取图像信息、研究图像内容的基础。如何实时采集、存储这些庞大的数据是工业CT系统要解决的重要问题之一。介绍了工业CT数据采集系统体系结构的设计方法,主要针对工业CT机的多通道数据采集系统进行设计,论述了多通道数据采集系统的总体设计、模块设计、PCI(PeripheralComponentInterconnect,外围部件互连)总线高速多通道数据采集系统硬件接口设计方法,给出了系统的设计与实现方案。克服了系统中的有关数据传输速率、可靠性等方面的问题,以及提高数据传输过程中抗干扰能力等方面的问题。
The demand of data acquisition and storage of industrial computed tomography (ICT) image are the base of getting image information and are absolutely necessary for each system of ICT image processing systems. The problem of how to get and process the large image data is very important to the technology of ICT. The design of computer system for the data acquisition of ICT is introduced. Concering with the multi-channels' data acquisition system. The architecture of multi-channels' data acquisition of ICT, the design of model, and the way to design a data acquisition and storage system with high speed based on PCI (peripheral component interconnect) bus are discussed, and then the design and realization of multi-channels' data acquisition of ICT are also discussed. It is proved through practices that the system is more reliable, flexible and secret.
