摘要
比较了不同月龄的Hilltop大鼠和Wistar大鼠血流动力学指标和缺氧性肺体血管反应。结果显示,两种系大鼠的基础SVR和PVR不存在明显的年龄差异;老年Hilltop大鼠的CO和HR值高于成年同种系大鼠。在急性缺氧的情况下,成年大鼠的HPV分别明显高于同种系老年大鼠,Hilltop大鼠的HPV亦分别明显高于同龄Wistar大鼠。消炎痛使HPV在年龄和种系间的差异消失。提示缩管性和扩管性前列腺素在大鼠缺氧时产生量不同,可能是导致大鼠缺氧性肺血管反应在年龄和种系上存在差异的重要因素。
The hemodynamics and the hypoxic pulmonary and systemic vasoreactivities in Hilltop and Wistar rats of different ages were studied, the results showed that there were no obvious age-related differences of basal SVR and PVR in the two strains of rats. The values of CO and HR in the old Hilltop rats were higher than those of the adults. The hypoxic pulmonary vasoconstriction (HPV) of adult rats was higher than those of same strain of old rats, HPV of Hilltop rats was higher than those of Wistar rats of same age groups. In-domethacin-induced HPV differences between the two age groups and between the two strains of rats were e-liminated. These results indicate that difference of release of the vasoconstrictive and vasodiiative prostaglandins in lungs may be the important factor responsible for the age and strain influence on HPV of rats.
