摘要
通过３０侧标本对第一穿动脉升支的解剖学观察，设计了以该血管为蒂的大转子骨辨移位术，为修复股骨上段骨缺损、骨不连提供一新的手术方法。临床应用４例，效果满意。
asedon anatomical study of the ascending branch
of the first perforating artery,the authorshave designed the
transfer of the greater trochanter bone flap using the ascending
branch as thevascular pedicle.The techniqtie provides a new operative
approach for repair of bone defect ornonunion of the upper part of
femur.
