摘要
应用腓肠肌内侧头肌皮辨交腿移植修复小腿严重开放性骨折１５例，闭合骨质外露的大创面，控制了感染，促进骨折愈合，保存了肢体，功能恢复较好。
ifteen cases
of severe open fracture of the leg with extensive soft tissue defect
and bone ex-posure were successfully repaired by transposition of the
myocutaneous flap of the contralateralmedial head of gastrocnemius.
The flap may play an important role in controlling infection
andpromoting fracture union owing to its sufficient blood supply.
