摘要
作者基于１０９７名医学生的测试资料，对抑郁自评量表ＳＤＳ进行了主成份因子分析，并对初始因子做了极大方差正交旋转。结果显示４个因子可概括ＳＤＳ５８．３％的信息，４个因子所反映的精神病理维度可解释为精神运动抑制、忧郁／焦虑心境、性兴趣／自尊丧失及躯体化症状。对支配各因子的条目分析发现因子Ⅰ和Ⅱ均由反向计分项目构成，而因子Ⅱ和Ⅳ则相反。
In order to extract depressive symptom characteristics of Seif Rating Depression Scale(SDS),a principle component factor analysis with l097 Medical students aged 16 25 was performedfollowed by varimax rotation,This analysis yielded four factors accounting for 58.3%of the totalvariance. Bases on high loadings(>0.5)on items, four factors were interpreted as representingpsychomotor inhabitation, depressive/ anxious mood, loss of sexual interests/ self esteem , andsomatic symptoms,We also found that the generally positive wording items loaded high on Factor Ⅰand Ⅱ,while the negative wording of items loaded high on Factor Ⅱ and Ⅳ.
