摘要
应用免疫SPA菌体花环法、免疫酶组织化学法和组织化学染色法系统地研究了雏鸡饲喂益生素后,其外周血液和免疫器官的细胞免疫动态变化。研究结果发现:雏鸡应用益生素后,血液中T细胞数量,胸腺和脾脏T细胞数量均较未饲喂益生素的对照雏鸡不同程度增加,于饲喂后7d达到高峰,说明应用益生素雏鸡其外周血液和免疫器官细胞免疫均增强。比较两种不同制作的益生素效果,上述各免疫指标益生素Ⅰ组又略高于益生素Ⅱ组,说明益生素Ⅰ的免疫增强效果优于益生素Ⅱ,可能是由于益生素Ⅰ比益生素Ⅱ多含的成分酵母菌发挥了一定的作用。
In this experiment, staphytococcal protein A(SPA) rosette test and immunohistochemistry, histochemistry staining were used to research the dynamic changes of the cellular immune in peripheral blood and immune organs of chicks fed with probiotics .The results were as follows: the number of T cells in peripheral blood and the number of T cells in thymus and spleen increased in different extent as compared with those of control and reach the highest on 7th day after feeding with probiotics.The results showed that the level of cellular immune of the chicks fed with probiotics could be enhanced.Comparing the effects of two different probiotics showed the data of probioticsⅠwas higher than that of probioticsⅡ.It showed that the probioticsⅠwas better than probioticsⅡin the respect of immune enhance effect. Probably because probioticsⅠcontain more yeast than probioticsⅡled to this results.
