摘要
高效率的项目团队具有明确清晰的项目目标、相关的角色技能、共同目标的导向和一致性责任、高度的相互信任、良好的沟通、恰当的领导、内部和外部的支持等七项基本特征。高效项目团队应当遵循志同道合、精简高效、人才互补、引导协调等人员配置原则,并从计划、组织、领导和控制这四方面出发进行有效管理。
The characteristics of high-efficiency project teams include seven basic parts:clear goals,relevant skills,unified commitment,mutual trust,good communication,appropriate leadership,and internal and external support.High-efficiency project teams should obey the member allocation principles of unifying goals,simplifying and doing efficiently,complementing talents each other,guiding and coordinating.And the effective project teams should make efficient management beginning form the four aspects,such as planning,organizing,leading and controlling.
