摘要
采用甲醇超声提取方法,C18色谱柱,流动相为甲醇-水(15:5),流速1.0 mL/min,柱温为室温,检测波长270nm,建立高效液相色谱测定双参活血通络颗粒中丹参酮ⅡA含量的方法.结果丹参酮ⅡA进样量在0.032~0.320μg范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9999,平均加样回收率98.0%,RSD为1.40%,方法具有操作简便、稳定性高、精度准、重现性好,可用于双参活血通络颗粒的质量控制.
A determination system for tanshinoneⅡ_A content in Shuangshen Huoxuetongluo Granules by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was established with a mobile phase of CH_3OH ∶H_2O = 15 ∶5, a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min and a detective wavelength of 270 nm at room temperature. The results showed that the range of tanshinoneⅡ_A input from 0.032 to 0.320 μg well fit linear relationship (r = 0.9999). The recovery rate averaged 98.0% with an RSD of 1.40%. This method proved to be simple, stable, accurate and reproducible, and is recommended to be used for quality control of Shuangshen Huoxuetongluo Granules.
