通过对轴类零件加工特征的描述,建立加工过程中各工序的功能模块,以产品模型、工艺过程模型及生产工具模型为基础,最终实现对整个工艺系统和生产过程的运行监控.工艺过程中可根据零件的不同精度要求进行多种加工方法的选择.可以满足最佳的设备运行状态及工、夹、量具的高效选择.
Through the description of the characteristic to producing axles, setting up functional module in the course of producing. It is based on the model of the products, the processes of technology and tools. All the system and processes of producing would be controlled in finally. It can select the methods of producing to different parts requests of command. The best operating of mechanics and selecting of the tools could be satisfied.
