抗肿瘤坏死因子-α治疗葡萄膜炎的研究现状 被引量：5

摘要 葡萄膜炎系眼内炎症的总称,病情反复发作,且治疗比较棘手,是临床上常见的致盲性眼病之一。目前认为葡萄膜炎的发病与葡萄膜自身抗原的自身免疫反应有着十分密切的关系,有学者认为肿瘤坏死因子 α(TNF α)是参与葡萄膜炎发生和发展的关键性细胞因子,阻断TNF α的生成和活性,可抑制视网膜葡萄膜炎的发生和发展。本文就目前TNF α及抗TNF α在葡萄膜炎发病及治疗的研究现状进行综述。
