简述了微波萃取技术、树脂吸附技术、酶技术、膜分离技术、真空冷冻干燥技术等若干食品加工新技术在果胶制备中的应用。
The application of some advanced food technologies, including microwave assisted extraction technology, resin adsorption technology, enzyme technology, membrane separation technology and vacuum freeze drying technology in pectin preparation were discussed in this paper.
