摘要
[目的]了解微量元素与高度近视的关系,以及不同年龄段高度近视患者微量元素的变化情况。[方法]对2000- 2002年在我院眼科住院的105例高度近视患者血清微量元素的检测结果进行分析,其中tage≤14岁35例,15-29岁31例, tage≥30岁39例;另以同期住院的非高度近视患者血清微量元素的检测结果作对照。[结果]血清Zn2+、Fe2+含量在各年龄段与对照组比较均无显著性差异(P>0.05);tage≤14岁组血清Cu2+明显升高(P<0.01),血清Ca2+明显降低(P< 0.05);15-29岁组血清Mg2+明显降低(P<0.05)。[结论]发育期少年儿童血清Cu2+升高和血清Ca2+降低,可能与高度近视的形成有关。
[ Objective ] To investigate the relationship between microelements and high myopia and to observe the changes of microelement contents in patients with high myopia in different age groups. [Methods] Serum microelement contents in 105 in-patients with high myopia (group A) were analyzed and compared with those in in-patients without high myopia (group B) in the same period. The in-patients with high myopia were hospitalized in the ophthalmologic department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of TCM from 2000 to 2002. Among those 35 cases were aged less than 14, 31 cases aged from 15 - 29 and 39 cases aged 39 and above. [Results] The difference of serum Zn2+ and Fe2+ contents in different age groups was insignificant in groups A and B ( P > 0.05) . Compared with group B, serum content of Cu2+ was markedly increased (P < 0.01) and that of Ca2+ decreased (P < 0.05) in cases aged less than 14, and Mg2+ decreased (P < 0.05) in cases aged 15 - 29 in group A. [Conclusion] The occurrence of high myopia in adolescents may be related to the increase of serum Cu2+ level and the decrease of serum Ca2+ level.
