摘要 用化学还原法制备了一种形貌特殊的有机化合物表面修饰Ni纳米微粒,用TEM、ED、XRD、TGDTA等方法对其形貌和结构进行了表征。通过摩擦学性能的研究表明,在低负荷下,这种Ni纳米微粒有良好的抗磨性能。 Nickel nanoparticles coated with oleic acid (Ni-Oleate) were prepared by chemical method using hydrazine hydrate as reducing agent in distilled water. The methods of TEM, ED, TG-DTA and XRD were used to characterize the morphologies and structures of the Ni-Oleate nanoparticles, and their tribological properties were investigated on a four ball test machine. The results show that Ni-Oleate nanoparticles can be used as an oil additive at low loads and show sensitivity when the load is little added.
