摘要
目的 观察实验性脑血栓形成大鼠血浆磷脂酸(PA)水平的变化以及养血清脑颗粒对PA的影响作用。方法 采用颈内动脉直接插管注入凝血酶建立脑血栓形成大鼠模型,并预防性给予养血清脑颗粒,观察大鼠脑血栓形成后PA的水平。结果 实验组与正常组血浆PA水平比较明显上升(P <0 .0 5) ,预防性给予养血清脑颗粒可以明显降低血浆PA水平,而安慰剂组与实验组相比无统计学意义。结论 大鼠急性脑血栓形成后血浆PA水平升高;预防性给予养血清脑颗粒可以抑制血浆PA水平的升高。
Objective To study the effects of Yangxueqingnao Granule on plasma Phosphatidic Acid Concentration in rat with cerebral thrombosis.Methods Cerebral thrombosis rat model was produced through injecting thrombin into the internal carotid artery (ICA).Observe the changes of plasma PA before and after using Yangxueqingnao Granule.Results Comparing with control group,the concentration of plasma PA was increased significantly in experiment group.After uring Yangxue Qingnao Granule,the decrease of plsna PA was obvious.There were no significant differeces between placebo group and experiment group.Conclusion The concentration of plasma PA increase in experimental rats with cerebral thrombosis.Yangxueqingnao Granule could decrease the concentration of plasma PA.
