摘要
国际竞技健美操规则的每一次修改都会对竞技健美操的发展和与之相匹配的训练方法带来重大变革,通过对2001和2005年版的国际竞技健美操评分规则的分析和比较,运用文献资料法和专家访谈法探讨了新规则变化的主要特点,并通过这些主要变化来探讨未来竞技健美操动作技术的发展方向,对我国竞技健美操的发展进行竞技性展望。以期能对我国的竞技健美操运动的发展提供指向性的见解。
Each modification of International aerobics gymnastics regular can bring big change to the development of athletic gymnastics and the training ways match it,It uses the interview of expert and documents to probe into the main characteristic about the changes of new rule and probe into the developing direction of the aerobics gymnastics technology in the future,through these main changes,It can carry on the sports prospect to the development of the athletic aerobics gymnastics of our country.We expect it can offer then opinion to the development of our country's athletic gymnastics.
