摘要
导管架式海洋平台是海洋钻采应用较为广泛的一种平台结构形式,笔者研究了导管架式 海洋平台结构阻尼隔振原理及振动控制效果.分析和研究了导管架式海洋平台结构采用阻尼隔振 技术的基本原理,建立了导管架式海洋平台结构阻尼隔振体系简化计算模型,推导了简化模型结 构第一振型阻尼比的计算公式.研究了隔振层参数当结构阻尼比的关系以及它们对结构整体和隔 振层层间相对位移的控制效果,进行了在波浪力工况和地震工况下的数值模拟.结果表明,阻尼隔 振方案是导管架式海洋平台的一种有意义的减振措施,当阻尼隔振层刚度较大时,可以有效控制 平台结构的振动.
Jacket is the most widely used offshore platform structural style. In this paper, the principle of damping layer to reduce vibration and the effectiveness analysis of vibration-suppressed for Jacket structures are studied. The basic principle of technique of damping layer to reduce vibration is analyzed, and a simplified model is established for Jacket structures. Using two degree models, the damping ratio formula is obtained. Then the relationships between the parameter of isolation layer and vibration suppressed effectiveness are discussed. Finally, the simulation analysis and random wave force and earthquake under several load cases is performed. The results show that damping isolation scheme is an effective measure for vibration control. When stiffness of damping layers is relatively large, the vibration can be controlled effectively.
