摘要
巴楚蘑菇的多糖含量很高,高达8. 7%,以此为原料,采用热水浸提法取汁,并将其汁液与桃汁复合,采用正交实验,探索出最佳饮料配方和最佳工艺条件,开发出色、香、味俱佳的复合多功能保健饮料。
Bachu mushroom has lots of polysaccharide, attain 8.7%. Extracted juice from Bachu mushroom with the method of hot wather extraction. Then, added Bachu mushroom juice into peach juice, based on the optimum for mulation and processing technology obtained , a compound healthy beverage was made from the solution with good color, smell and taste.
