胚胎玻璃化冷冻研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 玻璃化冷冻胚胎具有简便、迅速、经济、避免冰晶形成等优点,受到越来越广泛的关注。大量实验研究及初步临床应用结果表明,应用玻璃化冷冻技术能够保存多个种属不同发育阶段的胚胎。但是,目前玻璃化冷冻胚胎尚不成熟,应用合理的玻璃化冷冻溶液以及提高玻璃化冷冻速率等均是影响玻璃化冷冻胚胎的重要因素。
