摘要 劳动力市场上存在着各种歧视,其中最为多见和敏感的是性别歧视。性别歧视的市场结果并非人们通常认为的那样能够增加歧视者的收入,而是会使歧视者和被歧视者同时蒙受损失,甚至歧视者会为其歧视偏好付出高昂的成本。消除性别歧视,要从产生性别歧视的经济根源入手,积极探索消除性别歧视的途径;同时大力发展社区服务业,推动家务劳动市场化,使女性从繁重又没有报酬的家务劳动中解脱出来。 There are various kinds of discrimination in labor market, the most common and sensitive of which is sex discrimination. Its market consequences are not that the income of the discriminator would be increased, as many people believe, but that both the discriminator and the discriminated would suffer losses and the discriminator would even have to pay higher cost for his or her discrimination preference. In order to eliminate sex discrimination, it is necessary to begin with its economic sources and positively explore ways of fighting it; there is also a need to devote major efforts to developing community service industry and promote the marketization of housework, thus extricating women from strenuous but non-rewarded household chores.
