摘要
介绍了湖州电力局和清华大学电网调度自动化研究所合作开发的基于SCADA/EMS一体化系统的地区电网无功优化功能模块,该模块采用两级电压/无功控制策略相结合实现闭环控制。“区域级”将辐射状供电范围作为一个控制单元,采用等值递推和最优匹配注入流算法的交叉迭代方法来实现;“厂站级”利用扩展九区图法实现。经现场实际控制表明,该模块算法实用,形成的控制策略合理有效,优化控制效果明显。
The function module of reactive optimization for regional power grid, developed jointly by Huzhou Electric Power Department and the Grid Dispatching Automation Institute of Tsinghua University based on SCADA/EMS integrated system, was introduced. The two-level var/volt control strategy was adopted in the module to realize closed loop control: the 'regional level' is used to realize closed loop control by taking the radial power supply area as a control unit and applying the intersection and reiteration method of equivalent recurrence and optimal matching injected flow algorithm; the 'station level' uses extended nine-district map for the closed loop control. Field control practice shows that the module algorithm is practical and the formed control strategy is rational and effective with a significant optimization control result.
