摘要
在水管件反求过程中,针对再设计和效率要求,以局部基于特征及几何约束的重建方法代替传统面片造型技术,实现了拓扑结构重建和尺寸约束;对要求忠实原型的结构则采用基于点云的反求手段,精度高而且速度快。经检测,反求后的模型满足误差要求,同时实现了快速仿型与数字化设计的有机结合,为二次再设计奠定了良好的基础。
Directed against the requirements of redesign and efficiency in the inverse seeking course of water pipe parts, taking the reconstruction method with partial based feature and geometric restraint to replace the traditional modeling technique of surface-piece, reconstruction of topological structure and dimension restraint were realized. For the structures that need to be true to its original pattern, the point cloud based inverse seeking measures should be adopted, science it is of high precision and high speed. Through detection, the model after inverse seeking satisfied the error requirement, at the same time the organic combination of rapid profiling and digitized design was realized, thus set a good foundation for the secondary redesign.
