摘要 为满足车辆实时调度对城市路网交通信息的需求,本文应用GIS节点弧段拓扑数据模型对具有交通管制信息及实时、动态交通流信息的城市路网进行描述。完整地表达了路网的连通性及交叉口的转向管制信息,并通过实时更新路权来体现路网交通状况的变化,依此路权可以进行动态最短路径计算,为车辆调度提供了可视化平台。本模型应用地理信息系统和数据库管理系统分别存储路网空间数据和属性数据,保证了模型的运行效率。 In order to meet the demands of vehicle real-time dispatchment for urban road-network traffic information,this paper describes the urban road-network dynamic traffic flow information and traffic restrain information by using GIS node-arc topological data model,as well as the accessibility of road-network and turning restrain information of the crossing,reflecting the traffic flow changes by updating the network weight regularly,on which we can do some dynamic shortest path computation,providing a visual platform for vehicle real-time dispatchment.This model uses Geographical Information System and Database Management System to store the road network geometrical data and attribute data respectively,which ensures the operation efficiency of the model.
