摘要
随着现代信息技术的广泛应用,图书馆工作环境发生了巨大的变化。而如何在网络环境下发挥大学图书馆的作用,提高读者服务工作的水平,是图书馆界值得深入研究的问题,文章从大学图书馆的服务基础、服务手段、服务领域以及宏观调控等方面对这一问题进行了探讨。
With the widely application of computer science and network technology,the working environment of li-brary has been greatly changed.But how to play a greater role of the academic libraries,and raise the level of service work is a major issue needing great attention of the library circle.This article discusses the problem from the following six perspectives:service ideas,service base,service methods,service fields and macroscopic readjustment and control.
