摘要
分析了浆体动态管道输送的粘弹效应,建立了管道输送粘弹塑性流变模型,推导了流变方程,并从粘弹性能量释放对管道的作用力、管道的共振、疲劳损伤等方面分析了粘弹效应对输送管路的损伤破坏作用。研究结论可为浆体输送管路设计、阻力计算、管道输送参数优化等提供理论依据;为研究浆体输送中管道损伤破坏问题提供新思路和新方法。
The visco-elastic effect of slurry in dynamic pipe transportation is analyzed, the rheological model of viscoelastic-plasticity established and the rheological equation deduced. The damage of visco-elastic effect to the transportation pipe is analysed from the aspects of the acting force of visco-elastic energy release on the pipe, pipeline resonance and fatigue damage. The conclusions drawn from the research provide a theoretical basis for the design of slurry transportation pipeline, resistance calulation and optimization of the parameters of pipe damage in slurry transportation.
