摘要
目的:研究福建金线莲Anoectochilusroxburghii的化学成分。方法:利用硅胶柱色谱及SephadexLH20柱色谱分离福建金线莲全草中的化学成分,通过理化常数和波谱分析鉴定化合物的结构。结果:从该植物氯仿萃取部分分得5个化合物,其结构分别鉴定为:对羟基苯甲醛(Ⅰ),阿魏酸(Ⅱ),槲皮素(Ⅲ),胡萝卜苷(Ⅳ),5,4′二羟基6,7,3′三甲氧基黄酮(cirsilineolⅤ)。结论:5种化合物均为首次从该植物中分得,其中化合物Ⅴ为首次从兰科植物中分得,其余为该属植物首次报道。
OBJECTIVE: To study the chemical constituents of Anoectochilus roxburghii. METHODS: By silica gel and sephadex LH -20 column chromotography, the compounds were isolated from the ethanol extracts of the whole plant, and identified on the basis of various modern spectroscopic analysis and physical constants. RESULTS: Six compounds were isolated from the EtOAc portion, and elucidated as succimic acid (I), p-coumaric acid (II), 8-C-p-hydroxybenzylquercetin (III), quercetin-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (IV), quercetin-3′-O-β-D- glucopyranoside (V), isorhamnetin (VI). CONCLUSION: All these compounds were isolated from the plant for the first time, compound I, IV, VI were isolated from this genus for the first time, III and V were isolated from the Orchidaceae for the first time.
