摘要
为了寻找高效、低毒的新农药,采用活性结构拼接法合成了含1H_1 ,2 ,4_三氮唑基的N_甲氧基_N {2_[1_取代苯基_2_(1H_1 ,2 ,4_三氮唑_1_基)_1_丙酮]}苯基氨基甲酸甲酯化合物1 0个。所有的化合物都经1 HNMR、红外、LC MS进行了表征。生测活性表明,部分化合物对小麦赤霉病、稻瘟病、黄瓜灰霉病、小麦白粉病有较好的抑菌活性。
Aimed to find new pesticide with high activity and low toxicity, ten kinds of methyl N_methoxy_N_{2_[1_substituted phenyl_2_(1H_1,2,4_triazol_1_yl)_1_propanone]}phenylcarbamates were synthesized according to bioisoster principle. All the compounds were confirmed by 1H NMR, IR and LC/MS. The results of preliminary fungicidal tests showed that some compounds possessed good fungicidal activities against Gibberella zeae,Pyricularia oryzae,Botrytis cinerea and Erysiphe_ graminis.
