摘要
介绍了聚丁烯(PB)管材的原料、生产工艺及特性。通过相应标准阐述对PB管材的质量要求,通过参考使用条件级别、使用条件级别和设计压力选择对应的管系列S值及预测静液压强度参照曲线来设计选用PB管材。
Raw materials, manufacturing technologies and characteristics of PB piping are discussed. Quality requirements for PB piping are explained in the light of corresponding standards. By way of referring to service condition grades and design pressure, corresponding S values for pipe series were selected and PB piping was designed and selected by way of predicting reference curves for hydrostatic strength.
