摘要 WTO的《卫生与植物卫生协定》(SPS)明确提出,各成员国的卫生措施都应建立在有关国际组织制定的危险性评价方法的基础上。同时,又将《食品法典标准》(CAC)作为解决国际食品贸易争端、协调各国食品卫生标准的依据。CAC的第19、20次大会确立了危险性分析理论在制定法典标准中的重要地位。因此,危险性分析就成为各国制定卫生措施的重要理论。作者就危险性分析的重要性、理论框架及各国的实施情况作一简要综述。 SPS agreement pointed out definitely that sanitation measures should be established on the basis of risk assessment.At the same time it regarded CAC as the criteria to settle international trade disputes and to coordinate food safety standards of different countries.19th,20nd CAC session gave risk analysis an important position in establishing Codex standards.So risk analysis became the most important theory to set down sanitation measure in member countries.The article reviews something about risk analysis including it's importance,theory frame and application in member countries.
