摘要
本文在对中汉-22杨木的纤维形态和化学组成进行研究的基础上,采用不同制浆方法进行对比得出,此杨木适合于硫酸盐-蒽醌法制浆,并对此法进行正交试验设计,结果表明:影响得率和卡伯值的主要影响因素是保温时间,其次是用碱量,硫化度影响最小。
On the basis of studying the fiber morphology and the chemical components of the Zhonghan-22 poplar ,different pulp methods were studied. The result indicated that KP-AQ pulp was a good method to Zhonghan-22 poplar. The result of the orthogonal tests showed the retention time of the highest temperature was the primary influencing factor on yield and Kappa number, active alkali to wood ratio was the second, sulfidity was small.
