摘要
本文采用熔融共混法制备了尼龙1 1 /纳米SiO2复合材料。研究了纳米SiO2的加入对尼龙1 1的力学性能的影响。通过电镜观察冲击断面形态发现:纳米SiO2均匀分散在尼龙1 1基体中,受冲击时基体产生了屈服。
Nylon 11/nano-meter SiO_2 composites were prepared by means of melt blending. The effect of the addition of nano-meter SiO_2 on the mechanical property of nylon?11 was studied. By observing the SEM photo of the fractured surface of the composite, it was found that nano-meter SiO_2 dispersed well in nylon11 matrix and the matrix yield happened.
