摘要
借鉴国外建筑安全保险的经验,根据我国安全管理实际情况,从加强立法强制保险,保险公司介入安全监管。
This paper introduces the experience of the foreign construction safety insurance, According to our country safety management circumstances, authors probe into the countermeasures from strengthen the lawmaking compulsory insurance, insurance company intervening the construction safety management, establishment the reasonable insurance rate and programming the sources of insurance fee etc.
