摘要
湿法脱硫工艺中,副产物-CaSO3的氧化是影响SO2的脱除效率的关键因素之一,其研究有重要意义。该文利用实验装置,通过改变pH 值、亚硫酸钙浓度、空气流量、温度等条件,研究了亚硫酸钙非催化氧化的宏观反应动力学,实验参数较接近实际工况条件。通过一系列合理的假设建立了亚硫酸钙非催化氧化的总反应过程的数学模型,包括本征化学反应、亚硫酸钙溶解和氧的传质扩散等3 个步骤。结合实验结果,得到在实验条件下,总反应速率受氧的扩散传质控制的结论,为湿式脱硫工艺的设计提供了理论参考。
Oxidation of the residual product, calcium sulfite, is one of key factor that effects the removal efficency of SO2 in wet limestone scrubbing, so its study is important. By using experimental equipments, the macroscopical uncatalyzed oxidation kinetics of calcium sulfite was studied by varying the pH, concentration of calcium sulfite, flux of airflow and temperature. The experiment parameters were close to those in practical conditions. On the basis of a series of rational assumptions, the mathematical model about the general reaction, including characteristic chemical reaction, dissolution of calcium sulfite and mass-transfer of oxygen, was established. Integrated with the experimental results, the conclusion which general reaction rate was controlled by the disperse for mass-transfer of oxygen was obtained under the experimental conditions. Thus, the theory is provided for design of wet desulfurization.
