摘要
为观察益气活血法治疗扩张型心肌病的临床疗效,将45例患者随机分为2组,对照组(22例)采用常规治疗,治疗组(23例)在常规治疗的基础上加用益气活血中药治疗,观察治疗后2组临床症状、体征和心功能改善的情况。结果:治疗组在改善患者胸闷、心悸、气促、疲乏、心律失常等临床症状和体征方面明显高于对照组(P<0. 05);心输出量(CO)、每搏输出量(SV)、心脏指数(CI)、左室射血分数(LVEF)、心功能分级等心功能指标的改善也优于对照组(P<0. 05)。提示益气活血法能改善扩张型心肌病的临床症状、体征和心功能,中西医结合疗法较单纯西医疗法更具有优势。
To observe the therapeutic effect of Qi-benefiting and Blood-activating(QB-BA)Therapy in treating dilated cardiomyopathy(DCM).Methods 45 patients of DCM were randomly divided into two groups:23 cases in the treated group and 22 cases in the control group.Conventional treatment was given to both groups,and QB-BA therapy was administered to the treated group additionally.The therapeutic effect of symptoms,signs and heart function before and after treatment were determined and compared.Result In the treated group,The improvement of clinical symptoms and signs,such as chest distress,palpitation,asthma,fatigue and arrhythmia,and parameters of heart function about cardiacoutput(CO),stroke volume(SV),cardiac index(CI),Left ventricular eject fraction(LVEF) and gradation of heart function was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0 05).Conclusion QB-BA therapy can improve the clinical symptoms,signs and heart function of patients with DCM.
