摘要
高TFe低SiO2 烧结矿是高炉强化炼铁的优质原料,但随着TFe 升高SiO2 降低,烧结矿的转鼓强度会降低。新钢烧结厂根据现有原料,通过进行优化配矿系列、优化操作条件系列、优化燃料粒度系列等一系列烧结杯试验,摸索出合理的配矿方案和工艺参数,并在工业生产中采取有效措施,生产出高TFe 低SiO2,强度好的烧结矿。
High TFe low SiO_2 sinter is a high quality raw material for intensifying blast furnace operation. But the sinter strength is reduced with TFe increase and SiO_2 decrease. According to the used raw materials, the reasonable blending method and technical parameters were obtained by a series of sinter tests to optimize the blending, operation conditions and fuel size distribution. With these useful measures, the sinter of high content of TFe, low content of SiO_2 and high strength has been produced.
