医疗服务的特征决定了医院管理必须以人为本,在为病人提供良好医疗服务品质的同时,为员工构建和谐融洽的工作氛围。流程优化是达成以上双重目标的重要途径。开展流程优化,领导重视、组织保障是关键;广泛动员,全员参与是保障;以病人为中心,对员工负责是根本出发点;建立和培养一支职业化医院管理队伍是生力军;建立绩效考核制度,为以病人为中心的流程优化提供了制度保障。
Hospital management must focus on human being according to the characteristics of medical services, while providing qualified medical services, at the same time, developing harmonious working environment. Improvement of business process is an important channel to achieve these two objects. The key points of improving business process are leaders' attention and organizational supporting. The undertaking methods are launching in the whole organization and all participation. The basic starting points are to focus on patient and accountability for staff. The main power is professional hospital managers. The institutional condition is the regulation of performance evaluation.
