医院的病房饮食质量是医疗质量的一部分。但对于住院病人而言,医院营养室是为病人提供膳食的具体执行部门,病房饮食的满意度高低,是由营养室决定的。事实上,无论从病房饮食的“可口”和“忌口”,还是从病人的主观和客观方面,或从营养室的体制和病房饮食的供应方式等分析,病房饮食的满意度均受到了影响。所以,要提高病房饮食的满意度,首先,医院的营养室应隶属于院长直接领导下的独立医技科室。其次,应充分发挥营养室中各类人员的特长和调动其积极性,以及营养室要注重医护人员的配合。再次,在以病人满意度为服务理念的趋势下,允许营养室的经营模式改变,允许病房饮食的供应方式改变。只有经过多方共同努力,才能使病房饮食的满意度得到提高。
The quality of diet services is a part of medical quality in hospital. The nutrition department is a department providing diet for inpatients so that it's working decides the satisfaction of diet services. The satisfaction of diet services is influenced by the selection and prohibition of diet, subjective and objective of patients, services model. Therefore, in order to improve satisfaction of diet services, the diet department should be a dependent department under the hospital director. Secondly, the staff of diet department should be incented and cooperation. Thirdly, changing services model and providing model according to the changing of services ideal. The satisfaction of diet services should be improved with all effort.
